Some of them are fake, pictures of dogs of other breeds. So, when you want to adopt, you have to be careful when buy it. If you are told by the breeder that your Pomsky will be a miniature teacup dog or a mini Husky and it has the similar appearance like a Siberian Husky in the future, do not believe them. It is because Pomsky is not teacup dog and it is also not mini-husky. When you breed a Pomeranian with a Siberian Husky, this is impossible to get a teacup Pomsky. Dogs have and show traits belonging to both of their parents. Several of the father’s or mother’s traits may be more dominant and hence noticeable.

So, when you are looking for Pomskies for adoption, you have to be careful. Local pet shelters can be a good place to begin. You can check them first and if you are not in a hurry, several shelters offer waiting lists and they will call you when the breed requested comes in.
